Job Overview:
The analyst" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Assistant Analyst, Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the EBRD by assisting the Associate Director and Principal Talent Acquisition Specialists in managing senior and complex recruitment processes. This position is primarily focused on the coordination and administration of interview and selection activities, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation are prepared and circulated in a timely manner. The Assistant Analyst acts as a central point of contact for stakeholders, candidates, and external partners, ensuring a professional recruitment experience while maintaining confidentiality and process governance. The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Analyst is responsible for coordinating end-to-end senior recruitment processes, ensuring that all required information and approvals are obtained and circulated accurately. This includes acting as a key contact for stakeholders and candidates, leading the scheduling and coordination of interviews, and overseeing logistics for interviews and selection panels. The Assistant Analyst prepares and distributes interview materials, manages the Talent Acquisition inbox, administers the employee referral scheme, and troubleshoots issues within recruitment systems. Additionally, the role involves supporting recruitment events, maintaining recruitment data, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have proven experience in Talent Acquisition administration, particularly in supporting senior and executive-level recruitment processes within complex organizations. Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in managing data accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruitment systems, are also required.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in recruitment or human resources management would be advantageous.

Experience:
Candidates should have significant experience in Talent Acquisition administration, particularly in a matrixed, international environment. Experience coordinating senior hiring processes and managing high volumes of activity is essential, along with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver under pressure.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus, particularly those relevant to the regions in which the EBRD operates.

This position is a short-term contract lasting for 6 months. The EBRD promotes flexible working arrangements, expecting employees to work in the office 50% of their time.
