Job Overview:
The consultancy aims to provide essential administrative and technical support across key backend functions, including financial processing, data management, and supporter care. The consultant will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring smooth financial reconciliation, and supporting supporter stewardship. This will enable the Individual Resource Mobilization Lead to focus on strategic priorities and growth. The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Individual Resource Mobilization Lead and the general supervision of the Chief Partnerships, Advocacy, and Communication, undertaking various tasks to support the organization's resource mobilization efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for several key areas: Financial Processing & Reconciliation, which includes processing, tracking, and recording financial contributions through various channels, supporting the reconciliation of transaction data, identifying discrepancies, maintaining organized documentation for audits, and liaising with finance and external vendors. In Data Management & Platform Administration, the consultant will perform supporter data entry, cleaning, validation, and updates across CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of supporter records, supporting data imports and exports, and maintaining data hygiene practices. For Supporter Care & Stewardship, the consultant will manage timely acknowledgments, respond to inquiries, track feedback, and support retention activities. Additionally, the consultant will provide Operational Support for Resource Mobilization by assisting in backend setup for campaigns, preparing operational reports, documenting standard operating procedures, and contributing to process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in administrative, operations, data management, or resource mobilization support roles. Experience with databases, CRMs, or digital platforms is essential, and prior experience in NGOs or customer/supporter service is considered an asset.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Marketing. This educational background is crucial for understanding the financial and operational aspects of the role, as well as for effective data management and supporter care.

Experience:
The role requires 1-2 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should have experience in administrative, operations, data management, or resource mobilization support roles. Familiarity with databases, CRMs, or digital platforms is necessary, and experience in NGOs or resource mobilization is advantageous.

Languages:
