Job Overview:
The Líder de Equipo de Alojamiento e Infraestructura, Agua, Saneamiento e Higiene position is crucial for implementing NRC's programmatic strategy in Panama, particularly in the Darién region. The role involves providing technical, operational, and territorial leadership for Shelter/WASH interventions, ensuring that actions align with NRC's strategic frameworks, including the Basic Competencies, Change Theories, and Global Strategies for Shelter and WASH. The leader will be responsible for managing project staff, implementing action plans, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with NRC policies and guidelines. The position also requires collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the program and promote the rights of displaced individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Líder de Equipo include managing project personnel, implementing action plans for CC projects, monitoring daily project progress, ensuring compliance with NRC policies, and promoting technical improvements. Specific responsibilities involve managing access to Shelter/WASH services in prioritized communities, leading technical planning and operational actions, coordinating logistics for technical missions, supervising participatory tools for community engagement, and analyzing collected data to inform decision-making. The leader will also oversee the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and community needs, and will be responsible for financial tracking and quality control of project activities. Additionally, the role includes training and capacity building for project staff and community members, ensuring sustainable practices and community ownership of interventions.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a professional background in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, hydraulics, or related fields, with specialization in project management and construction coordination. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in humanitarian contexts is required, along with documented results related to the position's responsibilities. Candidates should have intermediate knowledge of English and demonstrate leadership skills, as well as experience working with vulnerable communities and government entities. Knowledge of national and international humanitarian standards and participatory methodologies is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field is required. Specialized training in project management, construction coordination, or related areas is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of humanitarian principles and practices, particularly in relation to Shelter/WASH interventions.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of four years of professional experience in implementing housing, educational facilities, and community infrastructure projects, particularly in emergency contexts. Experience working with governmental entities, UN agencies, and humanitarian organizations is essential. Languages:
