Job Overview: The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing janitorial services and general cleaning for the FHI 360 PNG Country Office and other assigned administrative support tasks under the supervision of the Administration Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: cleaning all areas (both interior and exterior) of the FHI 360 PNG Country Office; washing floors, dusting office furniture, and cleaning files, books, and other items; removing cobwebs and cleaning walls as necessary; regularly cleaning and mopping washrooms and office floors; cleaning all tube lights, bulbs, and other fixtures; ensuring a minimum level of drinking water bottles is available at all times; making and serving tea to visitors and staff; cleaning ICT equipment such as printers and photocopiers; assisting with shredding documents and old files; keeping stock of kitchen and janitorial items and notifying the receptionist when stock needs replenishment; cleaning conference rooms and preparing them for meetings and trainings; manning the front desk during the receptionist's absence; and performing any other office-related duties as requested.
