Job Overview:
The Website Analytics and Performance Reporting Specialist will play a crucial role in helping the 21st Century African Youth Movement (AYM) measure, understand, and enhance the effectiveness of its digital activities. This position involves a comprehensive approach to data collection, analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring. The specialist will be responsible for configuring and optimizing website analytics tools, supporting the implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and establishing conversion tracking for key website actions such as donations and volunteer registrations. The role requires the development of dashboards that provide clear insights into website performance and user engagement, as well as monitoring website traffic and visitor behavior. The specialist will also track volunteer recruitment and donor engagement, producing reports that evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns. Ultimately, the work of the specialist will support AYM's mission of creating employment and economic opportunities for African youth by enabling informed decision-making based on website performance and engagement metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Website Analytics and Performance Reporting Specialist include:

• Configuring and optimizing Google Analytics to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Setting up and maintaining Google Tag Manager for effective tracking of website interactions.
• Implementing conversion tracking systems for donations, volunteer registrations, contact forms, and other key actions on the website.
• Developing comprehensive dashboards that provide insights into website performance and user engagement metrics.
• Monitoring website traffic, visitor behavior, and the performance of digital campaigns.
• Tracking the effectiveness of volunteer recruitment efforts and donor engagement strategies.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital initiatives.
• Producing monthly analytics and performance reports that inform AYM's strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with the Digital Growth Team and other volunteers to enhance overall digital performance. 1

Required Qualifications:
