Job Overview:
The role involves supporting the project implementation team to ensure effective program delivery. This includes assisting partners, volunteers, and field staff to maximize their effectiveness in their placements. The position requires collaboration within a project team to collect, analyze, and utilize relevant data to inform management and design decisions. Additionally, the role entails preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to provide updates on program progress. Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience working with marginalized communities and understanding the challenges they face is highly desirable. Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods, as well as report writing, will be beneficial for this role.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within VSO and for reporting purposes. Knowledge of local languages spoken in Nepal would be advantageous, as it would facilitate better engagement with local communities and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
This position is a full-time role with a contract length that is not specified. The salary is also not specified, but volunteers will receive an allowance paid in local currency to cover reasonable living expenses in the country. It is important to note that while the allowance will meet basic living needs, it may not be sufficient for sending money home.
