Job Overview: CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented leader and service-oriented professional for the position of Housing Manager within the Business Services Department. This role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating the activities of Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Housing Managers. The Housing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and customer surveys to tailor services effectively, designing and executing promotional campaigns for hospitality services, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. The position also involves developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and hygiene, organizing training sessions on safety protocols, and driving revenue growth through effective business planning and marketing. The Housing Manager will manage budgets, control costs, and ensure that financial targets are met while developing policies and procedures for efficient operations. Additionally, the role requires resolving complex issues and handling escalations, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting staff development.

Proficiency in IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP (Dynamics AX preferred), is also required.
