Job Overview:
The position of Online Volunteer for Social Media Management involves developing and scheduling engaging, relevant, and timely content for WOPA’s social media platforms. Volunteers will work closely with WOPA’s Communications Team to create clear and compelling captions, storytelling posts, and awareness content that highlight the organization’s programs and community engagement. The role requires designing visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, monitoring social media performance, and suggesting strategies to enhance visibility and audience interaction. Volunteers will also contribute ideas for campaigns and thematic posts related to gender equality and community development, ensuring that all content aligns with WOPA’s values and communication standards. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging content for WOPA’s social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and communication strategy.
• Create clear and compelling captions and storytelling posts that highlight WOPA’s programs and community impact.
• Design simple, visually appealing graphics using tools such as Canva, maintaining consistency with WOPA’s branding.
• Monitor social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and impressions, and suggest strategies for improvement.
