Job Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all logistics activities related to the quantification, shipment, receipt, storage, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution of goods. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality programming to the poor and vulnerable populations. The manager will leverage their knowledge and experience to anticipate and address logistics challenges, applying principles of stewardship, integrity, transparency, and accountability. The position requires collaboration with programming leads to synchronize supply with programming needs, ensuring compliance with CRS and donor regulations, as well as international and local inventory standards. The manager will also be responsible for managing logistics service requirements, addressing supply chain issues, and ensuring effective team management and staff well-being. Familiarity with commodity tracking systems is also advantageous.
