Job Overview:
The Data Science Manager will lead the Product Analytics team, reporting to the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Senior Director of Research and Decision Science. The manager will also be responsible for creating shared data processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy, as well as supporting the design of data products that enhance accessibility for stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Data Science Manager will be responsible for the timely delivery of accurate quantitative data and insights that inform strategy and guide product decisions. This includes managing a team of approximately seven data scientists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and mentoring team members in critical thinking and data-informed storytelling. The manager will partner with the Experiment Platform and Data Engineering teams to build and maintain data products, collaborate with product teams to promote data-informed decision-making, and continuously develop best practices for experimentation and measurement.
