Job Overview:
The EdTech Volunteer position is designed to serve as an embedded catalyst for system development within educational settings. The volunteer will work closely with school leaders and teachers to effectively integrate and operationalize educational technology (EdTech) tools. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including providing contextualized training and capacity-building initiatives, collecting actionable implementation data and feedback, and identifying on-ground challenges and opportunities. The ultimate goal is to enable continuous system-wide learning, adaptation, and improvement in educational practices. Duties and Responsibilities:
The EdTech Volunteer will be responsible for a comprehensive set of duties, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating with school leaders and teachers to assess current educational practices and identify areas for improvement through the integration of EdTech tools.
• Designing and delivering training sessions for educators on the effective use of digital learning tools and resources.

Hands-on experience in NGO or community-based programs focused on early learning, literacy and numeracy, EdTech, or ICT is essential.
