Job Overview:
The UN Volunteer - Programme Support position at UNICEF involves supporting program teams in planning, budgeting, and monitoring activities with implementing partners. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the UN Volunteer include supporting program teams in planning and budgeting activities, ensuring compliance with the HACT framework through spot checks, strengthening the capacities of implementing partners in project management, and analyzing financial reports from partners. The volunteer will also facilitate communication between programs, finance, operations, and logistics, provide technical support to partners in administrative and financial management, and participate in the planning of supplies and inventory reconciliation. Additionally, the volunteer will assist in the selection processes for partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with UNICEF's operational needs and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles. Educational Background:

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in program support, project management, or financial management, preferably within an international organization or NGO. Experience working in developing countries or in the education sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with UNICEF's operational frameworks and procedures will be considered an asset.

Languages:
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages spoken in Equatorial Guinea, such as French or Portuguese, would be considered an advantage.
