Duties and Responsibilities: As a General Service team member, your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the preparation and drafting of briefings, reports, and other documents, including developing data visualizations and drafting presentations.
Editing, proofreading, and reviewing official correspondence and technical content in accordance with established rules and regulations.
Supporting operational logistics for events, missions, and high-level meetings, which includes coordinating travel, accommodation, and documentation with precision.
Providing overall support to core project and program functions, including financial monitoring, budgeting, database management, and reporting.
Ensuring effective communication to track status and workflow processes, document control, and knowledge transfer.
Collaborating with team members to solve problems independently while working towards team success, prioritizing client needs and operational goals.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be legal residents of Austria with a valid work permit. They should have completed secondary education and possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in business, administrative, or operational support. Excellent oral and written command of English is required, and knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is considered an asset. Experience in an international or multicultural environment is also a strong asset. Candidates may be required to take an administrative skills test to IAEA standards as part of the selection process.
