Job Overview: The position of Missions involves managing the administrative department of the Gaza base and continuing its structuration. The role requires ensuring sound administrative, accounting, and financial management of the base in strict compliance with donor requirements and internal procedures of Solidarités International. The successful candidate will monitor and report on budget utilization, support the preparation of financial reports, supervise accounting operations and cash management, and carry out budget follow-up in conjunction with program managers. Additionally, the role entails ensuring that the Human Resources policy of Solidarités International is properly implemented at the base. The position is set against a backdrop of a highly volatile and emergency environment, with a competitive labor market and a complex Palestinian administrative and financial system, compounded by a disrupted banking system. The first two to three months will focus on building a strong HR department, fostering relationships with implementing partners, supporting managers in financial management, and structuring the DW and CW policies.
