Job Overview: The UNOPS LICA5 position is focused on enhancing financial support from the Private Partnerships & Philanthropy (PPH) sector in South Korea. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the UNOPS LICA5 position include: assisting in the development of fundraising proposals for identified PPH donors; maintaining and strengthening partnerships with existing donors through daily support services; enhancing the donor journey in accordance with global strategies; conducting preliminary due diligence screening of potential donors; monitoring market trends related to PSP activities; drafting regular and annual reports for PPH donors; processing donation receipts and income recording; attending local meetings, events, and conferences related to PPH activities; assisting in organizing briefings and events for UNHCR; and performing any other related duties as required by the Senior PSP Officer.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include a completion of a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or a related discipline. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience if they hold a high school diploma, or at least 1 year of experience if they have a bachelor's degree or higher. Key competencies include the ability to produce high-quality written materials tailored to specific audiences, excellent skills in preparing pitches, presentations, proposals, and reports, and proven skills in writing, translation, communication, and presentation. Experience in professional fundraising and/or marketing is also essential.
