Job Overview:
The Face-to-Face (F2F) Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the F2F fundraising program at UNHCR Korea. This position is essential for engaging the public directly and expanding the individual donor base to support refugees through unearmarked funding. The F2F program is the largest acquisition channel for UNHCR Korea, and the manager will be responsible for driving effective fundraising strategies and ensuring that the program meets its targets. The role involves setting strategic operational plans, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that fundraisers are well-trained and equipped to represent UNHCR professionally. The manager will also be tasked with developing campaign materials and providing analytical reports to assess the program's performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Face-to-Face (F2F) Program Manager include: assisting the Associate PSP IG Officer in implementing strategic plans for F2F fundraising programs; ensuring key performance indicators are met; developing effective fundraising strategies for F2F campaigns; liaising with outsourced vendors and partners; training F2F fundraisers on UNHCR issues; cooperating with the donor care unit to enhance donor quality and retention; visiting campaign sites to monitor and motivate fundraisers; developing campaign content and materials; providing analytical reports on acquisition and response rates; managing equipment and supplies for F2F operations; and performing other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Face-to-Face (F2F) Program Manager position include a university degree in marketing, public relations, economics, communication, human rights, or related fields. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiencies.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have a university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, public relations, economics, communication, or human rights. Experience:
