The specialist will play a key role in translating strategic messages into clear, attractive communication products that reflect UNICEF's values and generate impact.
Duties and Responsibilities: The UNV Specialist will manage telemarketing campaigns aimed at achieving revenue goals through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Key responsibilities include supervising the flow of loyalty and value maximization campaigns, monitoring KPIs such as contact rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. The specialist will analyze campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities in segmentation and audience targeting, and ensure timely delivery of campaign journeys via email and WhatsApp. Additionally, the specialist will oversee the call center's adherence to campaign strategies, monitor churn rates, and ensure high-quality phone calls that enhance donor experience. The role also involves proposing incentives for the sales force, ensuring the call center is adequately staffed, and managing timely payment of incentives and bonuses. The specialist will prepare and consolidate reports for monthly and annual campaign tracking, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments, creativity in problem-solving, and strong planning and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach. Additional Notes: The position is a volunteer role with a monthly stipend of S/5,009, a start-up allowance of USD 50, and a performance-based monthly bonus. The role may require participation in weekend events, with prior notification and additional compensation for travel expenses. Volunteers are entitled to 1.5 days of vacation per month, which can be accumulated, and must provide justification for sick leave. Remote work is not applicable for this role, as it involves direct engagement with UNICEF's operations.
