Job Overview:
The ERP Technical Specialist position is crucial for the effective management and optimization of the organization's ERP environment, specifically utilizing Oracle technologies such as Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2.15 and Fusion Applications. The role involves significant contributions to the evolution and enhancement of ERP systems, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and business needs. The specialist will be responsible for modernizing technical infrastructure, implementing new functionalities, and developing additional business applications to complement core ERP capabilities. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization to achieve efficient and effective management of ERP systems. The specialist will also play a key role in migrating on-premise systems to cloud solutions, thereby enhancing the organization's operational capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ERP Technical Specialist will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including: providing expertise in Oracle ERP technology principles and best practices across multiple modules; conducting business and scope analysis to gather requirements for new functionalities; designing, building, implementing, and maintaining the ERP system's functionality and customizations; ensuring compliance with organizational standards; troubleshooting technical issues related to the ERP system; executing cross-platform testing and verification; and recommending operational improvements to enhance support processes. The specialist will also be expected to document development standards and change management procedures, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously. Additional duties may arise as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization's ERP initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet specific qualifications to be considered for this role. For consultants, an advanced university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) and related tools. For PSA roles, a university degree or technical degree/certificate in a similar field is necessary, with at least five years of relevant experience. A working knowledge of English is mandatory, and candidates should demonstrate core competencies such as results focus, teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing. Technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite, low-code development platforms, and integration platforms are also essential.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the ERP Technical Specialist position includes an advanced university degree from an institution recognized by the International Association of Universities (IAU) or UNESCO for consultants. For PSA roles, a university degree or technical degree/certificate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Candidates with a bachelor's degree must have two additional years of relevant professional experience to qualify. This educational foundation is critical for understanding the complexities of ERP systems and their implementation within the organization.

Experience:
Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of relevant work experience specifically with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) applications and related tools and technologies.
