Job Overview: The HR Admin Manager position at NRC in DR Congo involves overseeing, managing, developing, and strengthening all Human Resources and Administration functions to provide robust support to the NRC Country Program. Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Admin Manager will implement global HR standards and initiatives at the NRC Country Office in DR Congo, ensuring compliance with NRC People Management Systems and Talent Management practices. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing HR strategic priorities in alignment with country-wide strategies.
Collaborating with senior management and program teams to address HR needs effectively.
Supporting Area Managers and HR teams in maintaining efficient HR functions across area offices.
Creating and implementing a comprehensive staff care program for all NRC staff in DR Congo.
Providing guidance on recruitment processes and ensuring adherence to minimum standards.
Enhancing training, onboarding, and offboarding processes for new hires.
Improving performance management practices among line managers.
Ensuring job descriptions align with NRC standards and updating templates as necessary.
Overseeing payroll accuracy and handling personnel cases according to established guidelines. 1
Promoting PSEA standards and principles within NRC and among beneficiaries. 1
Managing office and accommodation logistics, including documentation and immigration services for staff and consultants.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the HR Admin Manager position must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role within a humanitarian or recovery context.
