Duties and Responsibilities:
The Online Learning Facilitators will have a variety of responsibilities, including: supporting the recruitment and onboarding of learners onto the IBM SkillsBuild platform; conducting virtual onboarding sessions for new learners; maintaining regular communication with learners through digital channels; motivating and following up with learners who are lagging behind; guiding learners in selecting appropriate courses; monitoring learner progress and tracking key learning metrics; providing basic technical assistance; facilitating online check-in sessions; offering career guidance; encouraging the development of soft skills; submitting periodic progress reports; and collecting feedback from learners to improve future training cycles.
