Job Overview: The Operations CoordinationAnalyst position is situated within the Office of the Director General (CWOD) of the Central and West Asia Department (CWRD) at ADB. This role is crucial for providing analytical, coordination, and administrative support to the CWRD Management and the CWOD front office team. The analyst will play a significant role in budget and human resources functions, serving as a focal point for budget and HR matters within the department. The position requires a proactive approach to support the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with procedures, and preparing periodic progress reports. Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations Coordination Analyst will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to: supporting the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets by coordinating and verifying budget inputs; developing and maintaining computer-related databases and systems; providing guidance to budget coordinators on the use of the Oracle Budget Management and Control System; preparing write-ups for budget and staffing requirements; supporting recruitment and personnel administration by drafting staffing proposals and job descriptions; coordinating HR administration at headquarters and resident missions; monitoring and coordinating office space allocations; overseeing contractors' performance and processing payments; supporting consultant recruitment and contract maintenance; and performing other duties as assigned in the work plan. This comprehensive set of responsibilities ensures that the department operates efficiently and effectively, meeting its objectives and contributing to ADB's mission.
