Job Overview:
The organization is seeking an intern to support various missions, including contributing to the development of volunteer programs and mobilizing campaigns. The intern will assist in the recruitment and integration of volunteers at the headquarters, publish volunteer recruitment announcements on dedicated platforms, and propose creative visuals and videos to promote volunteering. Additionally, the intern will create video and photo content to welcome and value new members internally, deploy a national volunteer recruitment campaign in October, coordinate the Gift Package Operation in Paris while liaising with delegations in six cities across France, and support the development of a solidarity operation through sports aimed at students. The intern will also assist in drafting newsletters for members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern's responsibilities will include:
  • Contributing to the development of volunteer programs and mobilizing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bac +3 in communication, marketing, or project management.
  • Proficiency in CANVA.
  • A first experience in communication or project management is a significant advantage.
  • Previous volunteer experience in an association or engagement in solidarity actions is highly valued.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a minimum of a Bac +3 in fields related to communication, marketing, or project management. This level of education ensures that the candidate has a foundational understanding of the principles and practices necessary for effective communication and project management within a non-profit context.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have at least some prior experience in communication or project management. Languages:

  • The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week.
  • The weekly working time is set at 38.75 hours.
  • Meal vouchers worth 8 euros are provided, with 60% covered by Action contre la Faim.
  • The organization will cover 50% of public transport costs.
