Job Overview:
In this role, you will operate under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Director, overseeing the accounting activities of the organization to ensure the reliability of data, security of flows, and efficiency of financial processes. Your responsibilities will include managing the accounting department, which consists of two staff members, leading the accounting and tax activities, and ensuring cash management. You will supervise and structure the production of mission accounting, contribute to the harmonization and optimization of internal financial processes and tools, and support the Heads of Departments in their daily operations. Additionally, you will participate in OHADA projects, assist with the finalization of closures with accountants and auditors, and provide feedback on experiences and auditor returns. You will also be involved in the organization of the International Accounting Department, addressing international accounting issues, and working on atypical contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include managing the accounting service, which involves overseeing two team members, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data, and managing the organization's cash flow. You will be responsible for supervising the production of mission accounting, contributing to the optimization of financial processes, and supporting the Heads of Departments in their daily tasks. Your role will also involve participating in OHADA projects, assisting with the finalization of accounting closures, and providing feedback on experiences with auditors. Furthermore, you will be tasked with addressing international accounting issues and working on atypical contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a recognized accounting degree and have mixed experience in both the social economy sector and private sector, particularly in implementing accounting tools. You should be capable of establishing appropriate control levels for operations within your scope, managing accounting closures, and analyzing financial information to implement suitable solutions. Demonstrated management skills and experience in team support are essential, along with proficiency in accounting software (such as Agresso or Saga) and banking tools (like Turbo or Exabanque).

Educational Background:
A degree in accounting or a related field is required for this position. Candidates should have formal education that provides a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant certifications that demonstrate expertise in the field.

Experience:
The position requires a mix of experience in both the social economy and private sectors, particularly in the implementation of accounting tools. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing accounting processes and leading teams effectively, with experience in international accounting practices being a significant advantage.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory due to the international nature of the work environment. Additional language skills may be beneficial but are not specified as mandatory.

  • The salary ranges from €47,000 to €57,000 gross annually, depending on experience. Employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time). Health coverage and other benefits include an 80% contribution from ACF for health and maternity/paternity leave, 50% reimbursement of transport costs, and a 60% contribution towards meal vouchers. Remote work is permitted from metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person attendance required except for collective meetings and integration days.
