Job Overview: The position of Alternant(e) en Droit Social involves providing support to the social legal department. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to legal monitoring in social law, conducting legal research, and proposing relevant themes and tools to assist HR actors based on ongoing cases and current legal news. The role also includes creating communication materials to disseminate legal updates, assisting with individual and collective social law issues, and participating in the analysis of individual and collective situations by gathering necessary information. The candidate will engage in relevant research on doctrines and jurisprudence related to identified issues, draft legal documents such as agreements and internal notes, and contribute to organizing social dialogue. Additionally, the candidate will prepare for meetings with employee representatives during negotiations or information and consultation procedures, develop operational legal tools, and regularly update the department's tools and communication materials to standardize and secure practices within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Alternant(e) en Droit Social include:
Contributing to the animation of legal monitoring in social law.
Conducting legal research in social law and proposing themes and tools for HR actors.
Creating communication materials to disseminate legal updates (internal notes, information materials, etc.).
Assisting with individual and collective social law issues.
Participating in the analysis of individual and collective situations by collecting necessary information.
Conducting relevant research on doctrines and jurisprudence related to identified issues.
Participating in drafting legal documents (agreements, internal notes, letters, etc.).
Contributing to the organization of social dialogue.
Preparing for meetings with employee representatives for negotiations or information and consultation procedures. 1

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Master 1/2 or be a trainee lawyer with a strong specialization in social law. This specialization can be demonstrated through the title of the degree, courses taken, a thesis, or practical experiences. Relevant areas include labor law (individual and collective relations), human resources (legal aspects), collective relations, social protection, worker mobility, and employment conditions.
Educational Background: Candidates should have a background in law, specifically in social law, ideally at the Master’s level. This educational background should reflect a strong focus on legal principles and practices related to social law, labor relations, and human resources management.
Experience: The position requires candidates to have some level of practical experience or internships related to social law, labor relations, or human resources. This experience can be gained through previous roles, internships, or academic projects that demonstrate the candidate's ability to apply legal knowledge in real-world situations.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, as the role involves legal documentation and communication within a French-speaking environment. Proficiency in English or other languages may be considered an asset but is not required.
Additional Notes: The position is offered as an apprenticeship contract lasting 12 months, based in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary will be based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and educational level, and paid over 13 months. Employees will receive 21 days of RTT (reduction of working time) prorated based on presence, and 25 days of paid leave also prorated. Health coverage and insurance will be 80% covered by ACF. Transportation costs will be reimbursed at 50% for the commute between home and work. The organization provides meal vouchers with a 60% contribution from the association (valued at 8 euros), and an annual allowance of 175 euros for social activities, along with discounts on cinema tickets. The telework policy allows for full or partial remote work, with a requirement of two days per month at the headquarters for meetings and collective events, and an initial six-week period requiring two days of presence per week for team integration. The role may involve prolonged sitting, oral communication, and screen work.
