Duties and Responsibilities: The Information Management Assistant (e-learning) will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including:
Supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of e-learning systems and platforms to ensure operational continuity and adherence to established standards.
Recording, organizing, and maintaining data within learning management systems and digital learning platforms, ensuring accuracy and readiness for reporting and analytics.
Guiding colleagues in effectively navigating and utilizing the learning management systems, providing specialized instruction and troubleshooting support as needed.
Reviewing and validating the quality, completeness, and technical compliance of e-learning materials delivered by internal and external experts.
Organizing and supporting the end-to-end delivery of e-learning courses and online learning events, coordinating with relevant technical teams as necessary.
Providing administrative and specialized technical support for international webinars and live technical sessions.
Supporting the design and implementation of outreach and promotional activities for e-learning systems and platforms, including those linked to Youth Hub resources.
Monitoring user registration and completion rates, contributing to the analysis and dissemination of engagement data.
