Job Overview:

The Compliance and Risk Coordinator will be responsible for a comprehensive set of duties, including but not limited to: setting up and managing the Compliance and Risk Management Unit; ensuring adherence to NRC policies and donor regulations across all departments; supporting the risk management process and facilitating the Tri-Annual Reporting process on the Risk Register; coordinating internal and external audits and ensuring follow-up on audit recommendations; maintaining and updating compliance-related registers such as the Risk Register and Conflict of Interest Register; providing training and support to staff on compliance topics; conducting internal investigations into alleged misconduct or policy violations; leading fact-finding exercises and evidence collection; assisting management in reviewing audit recommendations and action plans; and collaborating with various teams to prepare for audits and develop training materials. The coordinator will also assist departments in reviewing cross-cutting topics during contract revisions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to compliance and risk management.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Compliance and Risk Coordinator position must possess a degree in Economics, Administration, or a relevant field.
