Job Overview: Under the supervision of the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director of Finance for Operations, your role will be to support the accounting closure of the Pools according to the closure schedule. In this capacity, your missions will include updating the tracking of receivables and facilitating information exchange as needed across the four regions. You will perform monthly validations according to the checklist, import SAGA accounts into Agresso, reconcile accounting entries between Saga, Agresso, and Financial Reports, manage contract billing in Agresso, control and enter administrative expenses (overheads) in Agresso, conduct re-evaluations of accounts classes 4 and 5, create asset tables, correct imports or billings, and reconcile balance sheet accounts (4 + 5). You will also support the Deputy Director in relation to international accounting, participate in process and methodology improvements, analyze according to the needs of the DDFO, and update/create operating procedures. Depending on the workload, you may also provide support on ongoing files within the Deputy Director's service.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Reconcile accounting entries between Saga, Agresso, and Financial Reports.
Manage contract billing in Agresso.

Conduct re-evaluations of accounts classes 4 and 5 and make necessary adjustments.
Create and maintain asset tables.

Required Qualifications: You must hold a degree in finance and have at least 2 years of experience in this field, including experience in a Country Office within an international NGO. You should have a very good understanding of commitment accounting and be able to work in an international environment. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Educational Background: A degree in finance is required for this position. This educational background should provide a solid foundation in financial principles, accounting practices, and analytical skills necessary for the role.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance is required, particularly in an international NGO setting. This experience should include familiarity with accounting processes and practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Languages: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required.
Additional Notes: The position is classified as a Cadre Intégré, Class 7, with a fixed-term contract of 6 months and is full-time. The location is Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis). The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually over 13 months, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% coverage by ACF, salary maintenance provisions (sick leave, maternity, paternity), transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association, and social works from the CSE (gift vouchers, reimbursement for cultural activities, etc.). Remote work is available to all employees from metropolitan territory, with no mandatory in-person presence required except for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during team integration.
