The consultant will be responsible for piloting this facilitation mechanism specifically for the Agri-food value chain, ensuring that the FARM programme and its partners are effectively engaged as champions during the pilot phase. The work will require building foundational stakeholder relationships, mapping relevant initiatives, facilitating structured engagements, and documenting insights for continuous improvement. • Organizing structured meetings, roundtables, and workshops to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
  • Identifying and supporting the development of initial collaborative pilot projects that connect corporates with technical assistance providers.
  • Documenting lessons learned and disseminating insights from Agri-food activities to target audiences.
  • Supporting the development of regular reporting and updated work plans to ensure operational continuity and scalability across related programmes.
