Job Overview:
The Senior Officer, Strategy & Implementation Management, will be an integral part of a small team within the Business Operations division, focusing on supporting department strategy updates, portfolio execution, and pipeline management. The Senior Officer will lead the GWS rhythms of business, including annual planning, budget development, and financial reporting, ensuring that processes are coordinated and decision-ready. They will manage the annual planning process, aligning timelines and inputs across teams, and maintain tools and documentation for business rhythms. The role includes overseeing the GWS AI workstream, managing project oversight for engineering resources, and coordinating learning sessions on AI. Required Qualifications:
