Job Overview: In this role, under the supervision of the PACA Field Coordinator, you will contribute to defining and implementing the support strategy for operational partners of the Mission France in Marseille. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the strategy and activities for supporting partners in the Marseille-PACA region, participating in the identification, development, and writing of new support projects for partners, and ensuring the deployment and monitoring of partner support activities. You will also be expected to regularly engage with partners and targeted audiences on the ground, develop tools and methodologies for partner support and project engineering, and actively participate in coordination dynamics and external representation. Additionally, you will support the capitalization and reporting of field information for communication and advocacy purposes, as well as manage and supervise your team while participating in the life of the base and mission.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties will include:
Contributing to the definition of the strategy and activities for supporting partners in the Marseille-PACA base.
Participating in the identification, development, and writing of new support projects for partners.
Ensuring the deployment and monitoring of partner support activities and maintaining a regular presence on the ground alongside resource partners and targeted audiences.
Developing tools and methodologies for partner support and project engineering, including operational intervention protocols and food security assessments.
Actively participating in coordination, representation, and external collaboration with various stakeholders.
Supporting the capitalization and reporting of field information for communication and advocacy purposes.
Collecting, analyzing, valuing, and disseminating qualitative and quantitative data from resource activities, particularly from field surveys.
Managing and supervising your team, including one intern, and participating in the overall life of the base and mission.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Master's degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, social sciences, social design, economics, or statistics. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of project management experience in areas such as social action, food security, and access to rights is required. Proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination in France, particularly with local authorities, decentralized state services, and associations, is essential. Candidates should also have demonstrated public speaking and external representation skills, as well as expertise in food security (including cash transfers) and/or nutrition, along with applied MEAL experience in French projects. Strong relational skills and the ability to facilitate collective intelligence and training for diverse profiles are necessary, as is the ability to mobilize networks and build trust-based relationships.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in relevant fields such as political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, social sciences, social design, economics, or statistics is required for this position.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management is required, specifically in social action, food security, and rights access. Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination within France is essential, along with a proven track record in public speaking and external representation.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English or other languages would be considered an asset.

The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with an additional seniority bonus after three years at the headquarters. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT. Health coverage and salary maintenance during illness, maternity, and paternity are provided, along with transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs. Meal vouchers are also offered, with the association covering 60% of their value. There is an option for teleworking for part of the duties, and field travel within the PACA region is required, with possible representation and coordination trips outside of PACA.
