The role involves continuous monitoring of critical technological environments, integrating multiple data sources, and analyzing events and anomalies to support early detection and incident response processes. The candidate will work closely with teams from the National Justice Council (CNJ) and UNDP, contributing to operational stability, observability, and resilience of monitored environments. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Analista em Monitoramento Integrado de Ambientes Críticos include:
Continuous Monitoring of Critical Environments: Operate and enhance continuous monitoring of critical technological environments, integrating data sources from systems, access, infrastructure, and operational logs. Support initiatives for operational stability and observability.
Detection of Anomalies and Relevant Events: Implement mechanisms to identify anomalies, operational failures, and unusual behavior patterns. Conduct technical analyses of identified events, classifying their criticality and impact.
Configuration of Dashboards, Alerts, and Indicators: Configure dashboards, alerts, and indicators to ensure real-time visibility of the monitored ecosystem. Participate in improving monitoring practices by proposing adjustments and additional indicators.

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the position include a Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center (SOC), Critical Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability, or Business Continuity Management. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields combined with two additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the advanced university degree. Candidates with a Master's degree do not require professional experience, while those with a Bachelor's degree must have at least two years of experience in monitoring or supervising technological environments.
Educational Background: Candidates must possess an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, SOC, Critical Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability, or Business Continuity Management.
