Job Overview:
The position of Individual Contractor is aimed at supporting ESCWA in the development of online courses and related digital content. The contractor will be responsible for designing modules of the online course in Arabic, creating interactive exams and quizzes using advanced tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline 360, and Rise 360, and developing supplementary materials in Arabic. The contractor will work in a hybrid environment, which combines both remote and on-site work, and is expected to contribute to the course titled 'Tools for assessing regional climate models and their applications in the Arab region: from science to policymaking.' This role requires a creative approach to content development, ensuring that the educational materials are engaging and effective for the target audience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Individual Contractor include supporting the design and development of the online course, preparing detailed storyboards for course production, implementing visual identity and branding in accordance with ESCWA guidelines, and editing online content to align with organizational goals. The contractor will also be responsible for producing multimedia content, including video editing, voice-over integration, and sound design, using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Acrobat Pro. Additionally, the contractor will design infographics to simplify complex information and assist in various ad-hoc activities as instructed by the ESCWA team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree in fine arts, graphic arts, or a related field. Proficiency in the Adobe Cloud suite of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office, is essential. The position does not require any prior work experience, making it suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the field of online course development and digital content creation.

Educational Background:
A university degree in fine arts, graphic arts, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates must submit a copy of their educational degree as part of the application process. This educational background is crucial for understanding the principles of design and multimedia production, which are integral to the role.

Experience:
