Job Overview: The Global Specialist Coordination & Integration Logistique position is crucial for ensuring that Atlas Logistique's contributions to a tripartite project involving hulo, Atlas Logistique, and BIOPORT Logistique are aligned with its standards, methods, and quality requirements. The role serves as a strategic and operational interface between Atlas Logistique, project governance, and inter-organizational mutualization dynamics. The position is expected to guarantee that the logistical response is coherent, credible, and replicable in crisis contexts, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of humanitarian logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination and representation of Atlas in the project: Represent Atlas Logistique in project coordination spaces; ensure operational translation of project decisions to Atlas and vice versa; contribute to planning, monitoring, and reporting of activities involving Atlas.
Technical and procedural reference for Atlas: Analyze, review, and contribute to the harmonization of methods, procedures, and organizational frameworks used in the project; ensure compliance with Atlas standards (procedural rigor, traceability, compliance); identify gaps, risks, or points of vigilance related to the integration of mutualized systems.
Liaison with internal Atlas poles: Work closely with the deployment pole (operations, crisis responses) and the technical pole (tools, processes, quality); facilitate internal ownership of the project and avoid operational overload or inconsistencies.
Support for testing and deployment phases: Be available on the ground during pilot deployments or feasibility demonstrations; support the operational implementation of tested systems (logistics, coordination, flows); capitalize on feedback to improve proposed models.
Capitalization and continuous improvement: Contribute to documenting learnings, best practices, and limitations of the project; feed into Atlas's strategic reflection on logistical mutualization and partnerships.
Required Qualifications: Approximately 8-12 years of experience in humanitarian logistics, including field missions and coordination or structuring of logistical systems; solid expertise in humanitarian logistics, ideally in multi-contexts; excellent understanding of logistical processes, procedures, and organizations; ability to analyze, structure, and improve methodological frameworks; experience or strong interest in mutualized and inter-organizational systems.
Educational Background: A relevant educational background in logistics, humanitarian studies, or a related field is required, with a strong emphasis on practical experience in humanitarian contexts.
Experience: Candidates should possess a significant level of experience, ideally between 8 to 12 years, in humanitarian logistics, which includes both field missions and roles focused on coordination or structuring logistical frameworks. This experience should demonstrate a solid understanding of the complexities involved in humanitarian operations and the ability to navigate multi-contextual challenges effectively.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory, as these are the primary languages of communication within the organization and the project. Additional languages may be considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

The working hours are set at 38 hours per week for a full-time role. The compensation package includes 20 legal vacation days plus 6 extra-legal vacation days, a gross monthly salary calculated based on the current salary grid, and additional benefits such as a thirteenth month/year-end bonus, vacation allowances, and comprehensive health insurance coverage.
