Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Analista de Engenharia de Rede include:
Incident Management and Connectivity Continuity: Assessing the impact of incidents on communication infrastructure, implementing emergency adjustments to ensure secure connectivity, providing technical support for activating alternative routes, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain inter-institutional flow continuity.
Network Security and Threat Containment: Analyzing suspicious traffic, supporting the containment of network-based attacks, participating in the configuration of alert and detection mechanisms for the network layer, and suggesting improvements to security parameters.
Monitoring, Alerting, and Detection: Participating in the configuration of monitoring mechanisms for the network infrastructure and supporting continuous improvement practices.
Technical Support for Decision-Making and Post-Incident Analysis: Contributing technical diagnostics to assist high-level strategic networks in decision-making and aiding in post-incident analysis focusing on architecture and connectivity.
Technical Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Documenting occurrences and recommendations related to the infrastructure and suggesting improvements to security and monitoring parameters.
Facilitating knowledge sharing within the project and performing other functions compatible with the professional profile as necessary for the project's success.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the position include a Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree combined with two additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Master's degree. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of network engineering principles and practices, particularly in complex corporate environments.
