Job Overview:
The position of Assistant-e à la Coordination en ligne is designed for a young volunteer who will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and monitoring of activities within the UNFPA framework in Burundi. This role is essential for the successful implementation of the 9th Cooperation Program, which aims to enhance the quality of reproductive health services, strengthen national mechanisms and capacities, combat discriminatory social and gender norms, and improve data production and utilization for national planning. The Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator and in coordination with the Resident Representative of UNFPA Burundi. The expectations from this position include effective communication, collaboration with various stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Assistant will be involved in various operational activities, ensuring that the program's objectives are met and that there is a smooth flow of information between partners and the UNFPA team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant-e à la Coordination en ligne include supporting the planning and monitoring of activities, drafting meeting minutes and summary notes, tracking inter-unit actions and implementation, updating coordination dashboards, participating in coordination meetings with UNFPA partners and other organizations in agreement with the Resident Representative, providing support in preparing necessary communications to ensure proper exchanges between different UNFPA partners, assisting in organizing operational working sessions between various partners, field missions, training sessions, and events, and contributing to the drafting of terms of reference for recruitment calls for personnel and the provision of goods and services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant-e à la Coordination en ligne position should possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
