Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a structured comparison of the three main types of employment contracts used in the UN system: UNV, UNDP (IPSA and NAPSA), and CTG.
• Analyze salary levels in Yemen, including monthly pay and annual equivalents for each contract type.
• Assess total organizational costs, factoring in base pay, allowances, insurance, and additional employer costs.
