Job Overview: The Digital and DRTV Fundraising Content Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing UNHCR Korea's fundraising capabilities through the development and management of digital and DRTV content. The role requires a proactive approach to content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis, with a focus on leveraging various digital platforms to maximize outreach and engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Digital and DRTV Fundraising Content Manager include:
Managing and maintaining UNHCR Korea's digital and DRTV fundraising content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals.
Planning, producing, and managing a variety of digital and DRTV fundraising content, including digital ads, DRTV creatives, and collateral materials.
Developing a content calendar for digital and DRTV fundraising initiatives and managing the archiving of all related assets.
Assisting in the planning and execution of digital and DRTV fundraising strategies and annual plans.
Implementing various fundraising campaign activities across multiple channels, including display advertising, social media, and traditional TV.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of fundraising activities and providing regular reports using analytic tools.
Collaborating with partners, media agencies, and suppliers to enhance fundraising efforts.
Supporting administrative tasks related to procurement and vendor management.
Performing additional duties as required to support the fundraising team.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience, with a preference for those who have worked as a Creative Director, Content Manager, or Marketing Specialist in an online platform or media agency. Strong competencies in delivering digital content marketing campaigns and experience in fundraising or income generation through creative development are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong copywriting and editing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software, and excellent communication skills in both Korean and English. A genuine interest in humanitarian activities and international organizations is highly desirable.
Educational Background: A university degree in marketing, advertising, or communication is preferred. Candidates with a high school diploma must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience, while those with a bachelor's degree or higher should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Previous roles that involved creative direction, content management, or marketing specialization in an online environment are highly valued. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory for this position. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.
