Job Overview:
The Supply Chain & Operations Lead will oversee all procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions related to donor-funded activities across multiple states in Sudan. This field-based position requires frequent travel to various locations within the country. The successful candidate will ensure timely sourcing, delivery, and tracking of program inputs, maintaining compliance with both donor and organizational standards. The role also involves keeping audit-ready documentation and proactively identifying and mitigating logistics and access risks. Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Supply Chain & Operations Lead include managing all procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations related to program activities across multiple states. This involves ensuring timely sourcing, delivery, and tracking of program inputs in accordance with donor and organizational standards. The Lead will maintain procurement documentation and ensure that supply chain records are audit-ready. Additionally, the role requires identifying and mitigating logistics and access risks that may affect program delivery.
