Job Overview:
The HR Lead / Manager position is a field-based role that requires frequent travel across various locations in Sudan. This is a 6-month fixed-term international position set to commence on March 1, 202
  • The primary responsibilities include overseeing HR planning, recruitment, and deployment for staff throughout Sudan. The HR Lead will ensure that all HR documentation, contracts, and systems comply with donor requirements and are audit-ready. Additionally, the role involves supporting surge capacity, maintaining duty of care, and ensuring compliance with national labor laws. The HR Lead will work closely with both country and field HR teams to align staffing with operational needs during the six-month response period, making this a critical role in the organization's humanitarian efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Lead / Manager will be responsible for managing HR planning, recruitment, and deployment for staff across multiple states in Sudan.
