Job Overview: The Grants, Awards & Partnerships Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire grants management process from initiation to closeout. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance with donor requirements, thereby contributing to the overall mission of Relief International.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Grants, Awards & Partnerships Lead include:
Leading the end-to-end grants management process from startup through to closeout, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
Ensuring timely and high-quality donor reporting that aligns with approved logframes and indicators.
Monitoring compliance with award conditions, proactively identifying and flagging any risks or deviations.
Supporting grant amendments, reprogramming, or extensions as necessary.
Leading on partnership management, ensuring effective coordination and oversight of partnerships.
Collaborating with country-level support teams and field staff to ensure data accuracy for donor submissions.
Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and compliance.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience managing end-to-end grants cycles for major humanitarian donors.
