Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Data Management Analyst/Sr. Data Management Analyst include:
  • Managing the development of online and blended courses, microlearning videos, and other online learning products in collaboration with various departments.
  • Creating and managing project plans and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality online products.
  • Supporting communication and marketing for the online learning program, including event coordination and promotional campaigns.
  • Contributing to the buildout of courses authored in Articulate 360 and hosted on the edX platform and other learning management systems.
  • Supporting the ongoing delivery of the online program curriculum, incorporating lessons learned and learner feedback.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet program standards.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the overall work program of the team and division.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
  • A university degree or equivalent in programming/systems, computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of online course development and delivery processes, along with experience working with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Initiative and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience using edX, survey and communications tools, and familiarity with multimedia authoring tools and software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and audio/video editing software.

Educational Background:
Candidates are required to have a university degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as programming/systems, computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related area of study.
