Duties and Responsibilities: The driver will perform a variety of duties including: driving office vehicles for official purposes, providing messenger services, and performing clerical support tasks such as collecting and delivering mail. The driver is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, which includes checking oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, and performing minor repairs. The driver must keep the vehicle clean and ensure compliance with insurance requirements. Additionally, the driver will maintain accurate records of vehicle use, including daily mileage, gas consumption, and service records.
