Job Overview: The Project Implementation Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of NRC's project portfolio, particularly focusing on legal protection and durable solutions for refugees and host communities. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Project Implementation Officer include:
Supporting the implementation of the project portfolio according to project proposals, work plans, and log frames.
Organizing and delivering tasks in line with priorities and standards.
Developing and maintaining knowledge of legal protection and durable solutions interventions.
Preparing and developing status reports as required.
Ensuring proper archiving of project documents.
Promoting ideas for improvement in programming and project implementation.
Liaising and collaborating with NRC colleagues, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
Implementing projects focused on self-reliance, legal protection, and durable solutions.
Conducting project-specific technical assessments and research, presenting recommendations, and adapting program implementation to needs and context. 1

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Project Implementation Officer position include:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the field of expertise.
At least 2 years of experience managing legal protection or durable solutions projects in complex and volatile contexts.
Familiarity with international refugee law and human rights law.
Knowledge of SPHERE standards and other global humanitarian and protection standards.
Previous experience working directly with displacement-affected populations.
