Job Overview:
The Head of Marketing at Viya Health is a pivotal role responsible for leading the global product marketing and go-to-market strategy for the Women’s Health portfolio. This position is designed for an experienced Product Marketing leader who possesses a strong background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer health. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex and challenging markets, ensuring that products are not only well-positioned but also commercially viable and ready for market adoption across various geographies. The role requires a hands-on approach to product marketing, emphasizing the importance of understanding consumer insights and market realities to drive successful product launches and ongoing market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Head of Marketing will own the Physical Product Portfolio, leading global product marketing efforts for Viya Health’s women’s health products across different life stages. Responsibilities include defining clear value propositions, claims frameworks, and positioning based on consumer insights. The role also involves managing packaging, claims, and brand architecture execution in accordance with product strategy and regulatory guidelines. The individual will drive go-to-market excellence by developing comprehensive launch strategies, including target segments, pricing strategies, channel strategies, and in-market communication. Building demand in complex markets is crucial, requiring the translation of consumer insights into effective activation strategies while balancing global consistency with local adaptation. The Head of Marketing will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful product launches and will be responsible for establishing best practices in product marketing and mentoring a high-impact team over time.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or commercialization, preferably within FMCG, over-the-counter (OTC), or consumer health sectors. A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent international qualification in a related field is required, although a combination of relevant education and experience may be accepted. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and a proven track record of leading successful product launches across multiple markets. A strong understanding of pricing, packaging, channel strategy, and in-market execution is essential, along with experience in emerging or lower-income markets. Familiarity with women's health, reproductive health, fertility, menopause, or wellness is preferred, as is exposure to regulated products or health-adjacent categories. Experience in entrepreneurial, scale-up, or purpose-driven organizations is also advantageous.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or health sciences.
