Duties and Responsibilities: The Driver will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including:
Safely driving vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and cargo.
Making regular deliveries of parcels and documents between the UN office and other institutions.
Conducting minor purchases and collecting urgent items from local suppliers.
Collecting goods from customs while adhering to regulations.
Meeting official personnel at the airport and facilitating immigration and customs procedures.
Interacting effectively with officials and visitors.
Performing day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles, including checking oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires.
Logging official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with driver training. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience as a driver with a safe driving record. Experience driving various types of vehicles, including vans, is essential. Familiarity with international organizations, particularly the United Nations, is desirable. Candidates must also exhibit professionalism, effective communication skills, and a client-oriented approach.
Educational Background: The educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, candidates must have completed driver training and hold a valid driver's license. It is essential to attach a copy of the valid license in the application.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of two years of driving experience, with a proven safe driving record.
