Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess and identify needs in ten model schools regarding their readiness for STEAM education.
Evaluate management teams on their experience with STEAM education and innovative teaching methods.
Develop a comprehensive guide for implementing STEAM integration, including self-assessment tools for schools.
Conduct training sessions for management teams and teaching staff on STEAM approaches and cross-curricular education.
Provide ongoing methodological support to the ten model schools during the piloting phase.
Collaborate with UNICEF and the Ministry of Education to align the guide with national curriculum frameworks and educational priorities.
Facilitate the establishment of institutional collaboration mechanisms to support STEAM education.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess an advanced academic degree in education science, policy, curriculum and instruction, or education technology. A minimum of five years of professional experience in curriculum development for general education is required. Proven expertise in innovative teaching methodologies, such as project-based learning and interdisciplinary curriculum design, is essential.
