Job Overview:
The Senior Grants and Reporting Officer plays a crucial role in supporting Relief International's grants management and donor liaison efforts. This position involves collaborating with the Regional Program Development Manager and the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director to maximize funding and technical support from institutional donors. The officer will be responsible for managing key donor relationships, writing proposals, concept notes, and reports in collaboration with field teams. Additionally, the role includes developing planning and reporting tools to ensure that projects comply with donor contractual requirements, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of RI's programs in Turkey.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Grants and Reporting Officer will oversee the entire grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and RI policies. Key responsibilities include supporting design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design processes, managing grant implementation, preparing high-quality donor reports, maintaining grant tracking tools, coordinating with finance and operations teams, and acting as the primary contact for donor communications. The officer will also monitor budgets, manage risks, ensure proper documentation, and provide technical guidance to staff on grants management processes. Furthermore, the role involves participating in audits and evaluations, contributing to lessons learned, and promoting safeguarding policies within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field such as international development, disaster management, social science, finance, or business administration. Essential qualifications include experience in administering grants within international development programs, knowledge of grants administration and procurement regulations, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken Turkish is mandatory, while experience in post-conflict environments is desirable. Strong time management skills and attention to detail are also essential for success in this role.

Educational Background:
A degree in a relevant field is required for this position. This could include areas such as international development, disaster management, social science, finance, or business administration. The educational background should provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of grants management and reporting in an international context.

Experience:
The position requires experience in administering grants within an international development program. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing grants, understanding donor requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken Turkish is essential for this role.
