Job Overview:
The Partnership Officer position is crucial for NRC Ukraine, particularly in the South area, where the officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing partnerships with local organizations. This role requires a proactive approach and a diverse skill set, including a strong understanding of partnership programming. The officer will ensure that NRC's collaboration with partners aligns with organizational objectives and will play a key role in capacity building and effective communication. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Partnership Officer will have a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: ensuring adherence to NRC policies and guidelines, supporting project implementation with local actors, providing timely information to stakeholders, strengthening NRC's localization response, managing risk and compliance, preparing periodic reports, identifying capacity development needs, and ensuring partners receive necessary technical support. Specific responsibilities include developing quality partner proposals, tracking partner progress, supporting learning and capacity building plans, mapping local partners, facilitating communication between NRC and partners, conducting organizational assessments, and maintaining documentation of partnership projects. The officer will also assist in contracting and sub-granting processes, support local partners in understanding NRC's reporting requirements, and collaborate with the Partnership Unit to maintain the Partnership Tracker.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in international development, economics, business administration, law, or a related field. A good understanding of the Ukrainian civil society is essential. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a humanitarian context, preferably in the partnership sector, is required. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization is necessary, along with advanced speaking, writing, and listening skills in both English and Ukrainian. The ability to support partners in organizational development and capacity building is an advantage, as is the ability to work independently and effectively in a team. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are also important.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the Partnership Officer position includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as international development, economics, business administration, law, or related disciplines. This educational foundation is critical for understanding the complexities of partnership work and the humanitarian context in which NRC operates.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a humanitarian context, with a preference for candidates who have experience specifically in the partnership sector. Languages:
