Duties and Responsibilities: The consultant will perform several key functions and activities, including:
Section Drafting: Identify relevant data sources to discuss key issues within section 4.
Conduct a desk review and secondary data analysis on the topic. Draft a maximum of five pages for the chapter based on the agreed outline, adhering to the guidance and principles provided. Regularly update the team leader on the progress of the writing.
Chapter Drafting, Report Revision, Consultation, and Launch: Compile, revise, and finalize the chapter based on feedback from the team leader, Advisory Group, and validation workshop. Participate in meetings and consultations to present the chapter. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation on the report findings and a half-page executive summary of the chapter. Present findings and recommendations at the national dissemination and launch workshop. Deliverables are due on specified dates, with the first due on 1 March 2026 and the second on 30 May 2026.
