Job Overview: The position of Digital Photographer is crucial for the UN Resident Coordinator Office in Riyadh, which is tasked with documenting high-level meetings and events. The photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that serve as media assets to promote the UN's initiatives and activities during significant visits. The photographer will collaborate closely with the Communication Team to ensure that the visual narrative aligns with the UN's mission and messaging.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties of the Digital Photographer include:
Attending high-level meetings and events as directed by the Communication Team lead.
Capturing a minimum of 10 high-resolution photographs per event, ensuring that all images are of professional quality.
Editing and processing photographs to meet the UN's specifications for media use.
Collaborating with the Communication Team to understand the specific requirements for each event and the desired outcomes for the media assets.
Delivering all photographs in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines set by the Communication Team.
Maintaining an organized archive of all photographs taken for easy retrieval and use in future communications.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in photography is required.
